Cant get colors to display

I dowloaded the HEMS tool to my laptop, and it seems to load up fine, but there are no color overlays depicting the data.  I've cleared the java cache and reloaded, but no joy.

I've never had any problems with it on our desk top.  Any ideas?  I'm running Windows 7 on a HP pavilion g series.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in the HEMS tool.

Have you verified that the date and time are correct on your laptop?  If
your date and time are too far into the past or future, no data will
exist, thus no overlays.
