Submitting airport info to NWS TG

In another post, someone asked why a particular METAR was missing, and the response was that the NWS TG was missing the airport info.  

My situation is similar.  An airport of interest to me is missing when I check the NWS TG page via http://www.weather.gov/tg/siteloc.shtml.  If I contact the airport manager, where should I have him or her go to submit their airport info?  I went to the NWS TG web page and spent over an hour Googling how to submit airport info to the NWS TG, but I keep coming up empty.  Are there instructions anywhere that explains what an airport manager needs to do to submit their airport's info...basically a how-to guide?

We (Experimental ADDS) are not aware of any guides for airport managers.
This activity is beyond the scope of Experimental ADDS.

Is there a point of contact or "contact us" link on the NWS TG page?
