Any plans to add Winds at Altitude to the text data server?

Hello Patrick,

Thanks for your interest in the Experimental ADDS textual data server.

Your request has been made by other users in previous years.  It seems
unlikely that this will be added to the text data server in the near
future due to budget constraints from our funding agency, the FAA.
